DAYS OF ASSESSMENT AND MENTORING IN TUZLA
Tuzla, 09-12. 05. 2019. – The Training Center of the International Association “Interactive Open Schools” (MIOS) was the venue for the international event of the Days of Assesment and Mentoring.
This event is being held for the third time in Tuzla with the aim of strengthening the training capacities of Nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg’s model. Participants were members of the Nonviolent Communications Network of BiH – certified NVC trainers and trainers in the process of certification. There were 9 members of the Network. The process was led by Doris Schwab, a certified NVC trainer and Assessor, and Edith Sauerbier, a certified NVC trainer and Assessor.
On the third day, three new NVC trainers were promoted, Šejla Hodžić-Ahmetović, Marica Lazić, and Snežana Molnar. Thus, Bosnia and Herzegovina have a total of 6 certified NVC trainers. Certification workshops were also carried out by trainers in the certification process and further steps were taken in the work and co-operation.
The NVC certification includes several steps through which, with the guidance of the mentor, the participants who want to become certified NVC trainers. Members of the Network NVC Bosnia and Herzegovina have support from DACH Gewaltfreie Kommunikation and Center of the Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), organizations represented by the assessors.
