eTwinning is part of EU program Erasmus+, the new programme for education, youth, culture and sport to be implemented in period 2014 – 2020.
Teachers from all participating countries can register and use the eTwinning online tools: the Portal and the Desktop to find each other, meet virtually, exchange ideas and practice examples, team up in Groups, learn together in Learning Events and engage in online-based projects.
www.etwinning.net is a platform for international cooperation of staff, i.e. teachers, head teachers, librarians, working in school, in one of the European countries involved.
Registration to eTwinning is quite simple:
- you click on the sign button and type in your username and password
- confirmation letter will be sent to your email to complete the registration
- you complete the registration process by giving details about yourself, your school, interests, and pupil age you work with
- If there are problems with your registration please email pj.sarajevo@aposo.gov.ba
Once registered you can search the portal and find your colleagues teachers thru option ‘Find eTwinners’. If you find a teacher with similar interests you can set up and register a project with him/her that concern your pupils interests.
