Omladinski lideri i liderice iz 6 država Zapadnog Balkana učestvovali su tokom uvodne jednodnevne radionice na temu „Zagovaranje i izgradnja partnerstva”. Radionica je održana 23.05.2023. godine u virtuelnom formatu i svoj doprinos u sesijama i učenju dalo je 38 učesnika i učesnica. Omladinski lideri iliderice dolaze iz srednjih škola, omladinskih organizacija i lokalnih administracija/institucija iz Albanije, Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore, Kosova, Sjeverne Makedonije i Srbije.

Učesnici i učesnice su imali priliku međusobno se upoznati, čuti o projektu, partnerskim organizacijama i saradnicima te dogovoriti detalje druge radionice za omladinske lidere koja je planirana u oktobru 2023. godine u Podgorici.

Tokom susreta, učesnici i učesnice su razgovarali i o metodologiji Servisno-Učenje koje će biti osnova za provođenje omladinskih inicijativa i saradnju sa lokalnim i nacionalnim institucijama odgovonim za mlade, omladinski aktivizam i učešće mladih u procesima donošenja odluka.

Dodatno, partneri i učesnici/e su posebnu pažnju usmjerili na dobro upravljanje u javnom sektoru i teme digitalna pismenost, borba protiv lažnih vijesti i učešće mladih u donošenju odluka u javnim institucijama.  

Nastavak slijedi u oktobru 2023. godine i radujemo se susretu.

Workshop "Advocacy and partnership building" for youth leaders

Youth workers from 6 Western Balkans countries participated during the initial one-day workshop "Advocacy and partnership building". The workshop was held on May 23, 2023 in a virtual format and 38 participants gave their contribution in sessions and learning. Youth workers are representatives of secondary schools, youth organizations and local administrations from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia.

The participants had the opportunity to get to know each other, hear about the project, partner organizations and collaborators, and agree on the details of the second workshop for youth leaders, which is planned for October 2023 in Podgorica.

During the workshop, the participants also discussed the Service-Learning methodology, which will be the basis for implementing youth initiatives and cooperation with local and national institutions responsible for youth, youth activism and youth participation in decision-making processes.

Also, partners and participants was focused on good management in the public sector and the topics of digital literacy, the fight against fake news and the participation of young people in decision-making in public institutions.

Next workshop will follow in October 2023 and we are looking forward to meet all.
